We provide effective CNG Cylinder Testing Services, which are performed by our well experienced professionals, who are well versed in their respective field. The setup consists of several machines such as Compressors, Water filling stands, Oil Remover Stands, Weighing Stand, Painting Zone, and Internal and External cleaning & examination zone etc.

Procedure

Internal cleaning of cylinders.Cylinder Wall Thickness measurement by Ultrasonic Thickness Tester.Water Jacket and Direct Expansion method for Hydrostatic stretch testing. Cylinder Drying, External Cleaning and Painting. Test mark sign is used after testing the fitness of the cylinder. De-pressuring & Degassing of Cylinders Checking of Tare Weight External Inspection (thickness,bulge,burn,dents,dig).Internal Inspection,Hydrostatic Test,Fixing of Valves, Assemble & Disassemble of CNG Cascades,Deliver the cylinder with Certificate.

OUR ACHIEVEMENTS

On 11th June 2012,the firm got approval of CNG cylinder testing station from petroleum and explosives safety organization(Central Government
On August 2012 ,the firm got vendor code from Tata Motors against contract agreement between Shiva Motors & Tata Motors,and is doing CNG Cylinder Testing of DTC Tata Motors buses.
Further, the firm got contract from Haryana Roadways for CNG Cylinder testing of their buses from their Depots.
On 10/11/2012 , the firm receive ISO 9001:2008 from ACS-UK with the determination of every member of the organization.
